This mask with its soothing floral background has a nicer message for those who try to disrupt your beauty sleep. “Dreaming, come back later” is what I wish I would say when awakened from a deep sleep. Sadly my reality is quite different. Words that might make me sound gruff, sleep deprived and even (wait for it) grouchy are what usually escape my lips. At least with this mask my family is warned, and I can still receive that illusive wife/mother of the year award. The masks are constructed from silk fabric which is breathable and feels good on your skin. The adjustable elastic straps won’t tangle your hair and will hold the mask in place so that it doesn’t slip or fall off your face. There is also a pocket for either a hot or cold compress (compress NOT included). The compress helps relieve eye fatigue, swollen or puffy eyes as well as eye pressure caused by colds or sinus infections. A cold compress will help reduce bruising and black eyes also. But I really like the masks because they are a little bigger than most and shut out most if not all the light helping me to sleep like a baby.
